Pasta Calories - When you start your diet with a professional organized plan, such as Strip That Fat, you will know how to control the main sources of calories in each food, in this situation “Pasta Calories“.
The main sources in pasta calories are the flour/Whole wheat and the eggs. When you will have it for launch or dinner, it’s recommended to eat a salad before it especially if you are eating a pasta with flour bases, since salad will make you eat fewer calories on your next meal. - A small shell of dry whole wheat pasta (90 gr.) - 326 pasta calories.
As for the sauces, there is this great “Pesto” pasta sauce that affects the pasta calories with 230 calories per serving. In addition to this there is the Meatless spaghetti sauce, which is better for your diet and affects your pasta calories with only 60 calories per serving.
