Well, as you look at milk calories, you notice that it could be one of the biggest contributors to a weight problem. Milk doesn’t necessarily have to be eliminated from your diet if you are counting calories to lose weight.

- Pasteurized skimmed milk calories: 33
- Plain Soya milk calories: 32
