Grapefruit Diet - What Did Your Grandma Say About Diet Plans?

When grandma say it’s time for diet, it means its time for the Grapefruit Diet. This “Grapefruit diet” is a really old diet; our grandfathers were smart enough to think of a good natural way to lose weight and advised fat people to go on the grapefruit diet which really worked, and helped them lose weight.

This Grapefruit diet is based on Grapefruit which is well known for its vitamin C content, and more important its’ capability to secrete an enzyme, that is believed to burn your body fat.
Let’s take me as an example as a ibe who followed the grapefruit diet, as I started my diet plan with Strip that fat I learned many methods of losing weight, one of them was the Grapefruit diet which was also one of the most effective.
How does the Grapefruit Diet work?
First of all, to follow this Grapefruit diet I drank juice of grapefruit or ate the actual fruit during every meal. If you cannot find Grapefruit in the market, you can also buy Grapefruit pills which also provide the same effect.
It’s important also to know that the Grapefruit Diet is not a complete diet plan, and it’s only a way of diet. Grapefruit Diet was one of the methods that Strip That Fat provided me to lose weight, and I lost 7.5 pounds every two weeks not only because of the Grapefruit Diet but also because I knew what to eat, when to eat and how to combine the food.

The Grapefruit Diet Plan Requirements
In order to follow the Grapefruit diet plan correctly, you will need to limit yourself for only 800 - 1000 calories a day. I know this sound too low and can be harmful, but once you follow these Grapefruit Diet plan requirements, it will sound much better:
- Eat a grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice with every meal.
- Don’t eat white bread and vegetables.
- No sweet potatoes or Desserts.
- Eat until you become very full.
- No eating between meals.
- Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
These “Grapefruit Diet” instructions need to be followed for minimum 12 days to start the effect. Follow these instructions to try out the Grapefruit Diet and see if it works fine for you.
Also remember that although grapefruits can work very find with you and helps you burn lots of extra fat and calories, you also need to follow a diet that allows you to eat a variety of different food recipes while losing weight at the same time. As for this one, I advise Strip That Fat Diet plan which worked very fine with me and lost 7.5 every two weeks.
