Breakfast calories - Your Diet strategy must begin with a Breakfast!

I always looked for ways to make my breakfast calories friendlier to my diet plan. First of all, I looked in the books I received from the diet diet plan I joined, Strip That Fat, I found out many ways to handle my breakfast calories.

Well, first you need to get a dietarian advise of how much calories during the day you are allowed to eat. Well, I am allowed up to 1500 calories a day, and I calculate my breakfast calories by dividing 1500 on 5, the result is 300. It should work with you too; it is up to your meals a day and how much calories you are allowed to have each day.

First of all, don’t make my mistake, don’t skip breakfast. Because when you skip breakfast calories, you will end up gaining calories while eating more during the day and especially at dinner!

Following this fact, you need to have a healthy breakfast; it means that it will provide more nutrition and less breakfast calories.

As a drink, you have two options which will not affect your breakfast calories, fruit juice or 2% fat milk.

  1. For the bread go on white bread, 60 breakfast calories per slice.
